INK AND ROLL FINGER PRINTING
Apart from digital fingerprinting services, we also have the facility to carry out traditional ink and roll services for our clients based on their request. Paper-based fingerprint submission is usually requested by foreign governments (Eg. FBI) for foreign governments, professional institutions and licensing overseas.

Online Commissioning Services
Online or Virtual Commissioning is a process whereby an individual’s identity is verified by video conferencing such Zoom for the purpose of taking an oath and/ or signing certain documents remotely by the deponent and the Commissioner of Oaths for taking affidavits.
List of Acceptable Documents:
- Affidavits such as Affidavit of Identity, Service, Income, Divorce and Court
- Statutory Declaration such as Custodianship, Common Law, OSAP, Progress Payment
- Proof of Loss Form
- Notarization of documents for the office of Indian in Overseas (OCT)

- Name Change Application
- Vehicle Transfer Family Gift of Motor Vehicle
- Any other Statutory Declaration or Affidavit that needs to be commissioned

Certified True Copies
In many situations you may be required to provide an important document such as your passport, birth certificate, identification card or academic records for an application or as a supporting document. Rather than submitting the original document, in most cases a certified true copy (or “notarized copy”), commonly referred to simply as a certified copy, will suffice. This in many cases saves you risking your original documents which may be expensive and quite time consuming to replace.
When you need a certified true copy of an original document, a Notary Public is required in most jurisdictions (which is why it is often referred to as a notarized copy). At Redstone Legal Notary Office, we certify a photocopy of your original document as being a true copy of the original by affixing a signature, seal and statement to that effect on the copy itself. As a result, the person to whom the photocopied document is later presented may rest assured that the paper in front of them is a genuine reproduction of the original document.
